StudioCarta Scissors

We found these scissors in a notions shop in Rome and loved them so much that we tracked down the manufacturer in order to bring them to you. They are heirloom tools that you will use for years to come. The scissors have a lovely shape, with fine engraved details,  and they feature nickel-plated blades, some with gold-plated handles. A thin layer of 24 karat gold is applied to the scissors to have a beautiful gold finish that makes them shine!

Crafted in Italy from hard tempered steel, all these shears are extremely sharp – perfect for cutting ribbon and other textiles, without becoming dull. Refined blades also make them ideal for embroidery and other detailed work. Each pair is packaged in a letterpress paper label.
