Reunion Merino Silk Sport weight (traditional 5ply weight; between a fingering and a DK) is a lovely smooth and glossy yarn of 50% Superwash Merino and 50% Silk. At 350m or 383 yds per 100g skein, this is a Sport weight yarn but of course can be used in fingering weight or DK weight patterns by changing up or down needle sizes.
This yarn is beautiful, versatile and perfect for warm conditions. With a medium twist, the pill factor on this yarn is low…and the silk gives a lovely gloss as well as strength.
