In May of 2019, Della Quimby of della Q decided to sell her company to Laura Zander of Jimmy Beans Wool. For over a decade, Laura had grown to love Della’s functional designs and unique materials she uses in her bags. In 2021, della Q absorbed the Namaste line of products, which have been produced by the same family owned businesses in China for almost 20 years.
As part of the Jimmy Beans Wool family, della Q bags are now lovingly designed in Reno, Nevada and expertly crafted by family-owned businesses in Vietnam and China. (Most of the della Q fabric products are hand-sewn by our team of women in Vietnam. The canvas, leather, and faux leather products are produced in China).
