LAMANA is a young wool and fashion label founded in 2010 in Bielefeld, Germany. We combine exclusive yarns with contemporary design.

Inspired by the love for handknitting, wool and fashion, we first specialized in premium Peruvian yarns. Meanwhile, we exclusively work with selected owner-managed wool spinning mills in Italy and Peru. In the production of our yarns we attach great importance to the origin of the wool, the breeding conditions and the further processing and dyeing of the fibers we selected. We assure our high demands on a premium LAMANA quality, sustainability and a fair production process through regular visits at our carefully selected partners on the spot.

With the LAMANA SUPERLIGHT collection we developed an extraordinary yarn selection for lightweight knits. Innovative manufacturing processes give our SUPERLIGHT yarns a unique lightness. As a result the knitted favorites weigh significantly less than usual and offer an icomparable  wearing comfort.
